Here’s our exchange & refund policy:

Exchanges and refunds are available after 3 days from receiving your order.

You may not open and check your order while the courier is outside.

Items can be exchanged or returned only if they are not worn, not used, and have no smell, stains, or damage.

Please send us a DM with your order number and clear photos.

A courier will come to collect the order.

We first need to check the order. Once it has been reviewed and approved, we will transfer the refund to you.

Refunds will be transferred by InstaPay/Vodafone Cash and the shipping fees will be deducted
